To me sensing is everything. Taking in the conversation. The things people tell me that matter. Relief the emotion out of the argument. Then analyse with radical honesty. Design a desired end-stage and define a cost effective approach. Leaving space for unexpected miracles to happen.

A very important part of my ongoing journey was to find out who I am and what I am here to do. In my younger years I wished I had a clear vision for my life. Be a mechanic, a doctor or a pilot. I was an average performer in many things but didn’t excel in anything special. Being successful became a holy grail. Watching other people being successful made me doubt my potential. There is no greater frustration than to feel the potential inside, and not knowing a way to get it out. Somebody once told “You are in this life to figure things out and then help others with you answers”. It was a turning point because it has shifted the focus from output to outcome. So slowly but shortly my view on life started to change.

We all have a great task to become friends the mind. And I am certainly no exception to that rule. Being overwhelmed by life’s reality I spend a lot of time making sense of it all. Decoding my personality and building a compass that suited my deeper believes.

Still trying to answer the picture of succes drawn by others. It became time to acknowledge my own significance in the midst of my personal limitations. Focus on the ‘what is’ in stead of the ‘what is not’. That is when experiences become meaningful.

Being honest is the best key to evolve. It took a lot of courage to be honest. When you know better you do better. And for a long time I just did not know how. Stumbling upon life, trying to progress. I have learned that if we focus on the lesson the rest will follow.

Everything that we so desperately seek on the outside we will find on the inside. Acknowledging that everything that we need is already there. It is life’s invitation to define the true meaning of life and surrender to our higher purpose.

Gaining a deeper understanding of my life gave me a clear view on my purpose. Help others to make a core connection. Synchronizing momentum with opportunity. Show people how to turn significance into service.

On a personal level and a professional level. Cherish what is ours and set free what is not. One thing I have learned from my journey is to find answers. That turned out to be a great skill in servicing organizations, leaders and teams.

Going forward I want to contribute to sustainable growth. Delivering solutions that resolve challenges. Accomplish satisfying results and fulfilling deeper needs. Inspire leaders to facilitate platforms so people are acknowledged and empowered to give their best.

Overlooking our global environment it is my believe artificial intelligence is our only way out. Without self-learning computers we have no time to resolve all of our issues. It is our responsibility to stay aware and secure the future for generations to come.
